Elise Property Management LLC is a woman owned and operated property management company. Brokered by Daphne Guidry who has over 32 years of Real Estate experience. Elise Property Management is a full-service property management company equipped to handle every aspect of your rental investment. We are all about customer service and doing what is best for the landlord. Elise Property Management has access to multiple platforms for advertisement of your investment including but not limited to the multiple listing service (MLS), compared to someone who is not licensed. We offer different services to owners to fit the needs of their investment.  

The first service includes advertising the unit, finding a tenant and running them through all the proper channels to ensure they are the right fit for your investment. An agent will do personal showings of your available property running the applicants through a background screening and will sign a lease using promulgated forms from the Texas Real Estate Commission. 

Most of our owners have decided to proceed with our second option. 

The second service is our full management option. This service includes everything from the first service plus the following. 

• Collect rent 
• Monthly owner financial statements 
• Tenant portal and online payments 
• Direct deposit for the owners 
• Yearly owner statements 
• Lease renewals 
• We handle maintenance issues and keep you informed 
• Periodic home inspections 
• Evictions
